The apartment consists of a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed and a bathroom. There is a long planted balcony with small tables and lamps to dine outside and enjoy the city sun
It is offered with bed linen and towels and all the kitchen utensils to spend a holiday in Milan as if you were at home

A binding building rule forbids us to accept reservation if the check in is scheduled after 9.30pm - check in after 9.30pm will be possible ONLY if a prescheduled flight/train has been delayed or a car accident/traffic have delayed your arrival by car - we will request a pictures to prove the flight delay (pictures of the airport/train station panel or screenshot or a SMS regarding the flight/train delay)

to activate the SELF CHECK IN PROCEDURE you will be asked to send your passport pictures through the security certified VIKEY page as required by the italian anti-terrorism law

Our guests are advised that parties, events, loud chatterings, music and annoying noises are absolutely forbidden in this apartment.
Only the registered guests are allowed to access the property (in this regard the accesses will be verified by the cameras OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT)
The beds will be prepared accordingly to the number of the registered guests – for no reason the prepared beds will outnumber the registered guests
No one is allowed to enter this apartment but the people registered for the reservation. No visits by unregistered people are permitted even during the day - security video cameras OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT register the access to the property
as indicated by the Municipality rules regarding pollution and energy saving procedures, in winter the temperature in our the apartments cannot exceed 20° Celsius during the day and must be switched off during the night
It's possible to cancel for free up to 30 days before the arrival date
